Q How do I search for items to order?
A Search by brand or generic name or NDC Number. Use Advance Search to upload a CSV file to search site.

Q What are the payment terms?
A Each Supplier has agreed to offer 30 day payment terms with approved credit.

Q Do I need to complete a credit application?
A Each Supplier will require a credit application.

Q When will I receive my order?
A If you have established an account with the Supplier and your order was entered before 5 pm Eastern time, you should receive your order within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends).

Q Can I place more than one order a day?
A Yes, you can place as many orders daily as you want. Each order must meet the minimum shipping requirements for the Supplier.

Q Can I cancel and/or modify my order after I checked out?
A This cannot be done online. Call the Supplier the order(s) were placed with and request cancellation or modification of the order. Always obtain a cancellation number and/or name of the individual you spoke too.

Q What happens when I place an order?
A The order is sent on your behalf to the Supplier/s.

Q What happens if a Supplier ships an incorrect item?
A Products shipped in error must be reported within 48 hours. The Supplier pays shipping back.

Q What is the backorder policy?
A Supplier will confirm availability. If product is not available that item on the order is cancelled. If canceling the order results in the rest of the order not meeting shipping minimums, supplier will ship the balance of the order with no freight charge.

Q How do I receive pricing on a product or package size not on the website?
A Click on the Contact Us page and complete the information for your product request. Hit 'Continue' and an email will be sent to us. If a Supplier has the product, it will be posted to the website within 48 hours. In our next release, the Supplier will email you directly with the information.
